This is a 4x2 crane-truck chassis rather than a finished catalogue crane. The base vehicle is a Dongfeng DFL5140XXYB1 (reference KD6E-976-012J) on the D530 cab: one driven axle, a 5,600 mm wheelbase and a 2,830 mm cab height, which keeps the truck under ten metres overall and makes it the option for tight yards, city work and routes a three-axle vehicle cannot take. Gross vehicle weight is 14,495 kg with a 5,750 kg chassis, leaving the balance for the crane, the body and the load.
Left-hand drive (LHD) is standard. Right-hand drive (RHD) is available on request and is built to order.
