This is a 6x4 crane-truck chassis rather than a finished catalogue crane. The base vehicle is a Dongfeng DFL1250AW2 (reference K04W-979-012J) on the D310 cab: three axles, a 5,600 + 1,350 mm wheelbase and 25,000 kg gross vehicle weight, which is what a crane truck needs when it has to carry a full load and work the crane without trading one against the other. The tandem rear axle runs a 4.44 ratio and the frame is 300 mm deep, so the crane and body mount on something that was not already at its limit.
Left-hand drive (LHD) is standard. Right-hand drive (RHD) is available on request and is built to order.
