Why this build
The 6.3 t three-section knuckle-boom crane carries a 3+2 universal grab on an electro-hydraulic 1-into-3 valve block. Both the crane and the grab head rotate 360° continuously. A hydraulic cooler is fitted as standard and the hydraulic components are imported or domestic tier-one brands.
Two details make this build easier in daily use: the gantry is raised above cab height, so long material can overhang the cab without striking it, and a water tank and tool box are fitted to the body for on-site servicing.
The tipping body runs 3 mm side / 5 mm floor steel with densified cross members, 160/140 channel side-door posts and four tipping seats. The tailgate opens at the rear and its frame and posts are reinforced.
