Why this build
The boom extends to 6.5 m or 7.5 m and carries a 2+2 soft-linked timber grab with a 1.2 to 1.3 m opening. Soft linkage absorbs shock when the grab lands on an uneven stack, which is easier on the boom and on the operator. The grab head rotates 360° continuously.
The tipping body is 3,500 × 2,200 × 600 mm. At 5,995 mm long and 2,300 mm wide the truck fits narrow yards and forest tracks.
A reverse-folding grab boom can be fitted instead of the standard unit if the working pattern requires it.
